Terms
Orders are accepted and shipped based on the following terms and conditions of sale and delivery:
1) Products
Sweetique Eggs are made in Germany and meet all statutory U.S. Customs, FDA and USDA regulations.
2) Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance by The Sweetique LLC and / or B&R Classics LLC and to availability of products.
3) Claims
No claims or deductions will be accepted without prior written approval. Claims for damages must be made in writing within 10 days of customer's receipt of shipment.
4) Prices
Prices are FOB warehouse East Coast. Shipping arrangements can be made for customer's account.
5) Payment
All custom orders require a 50% advance deposit. The balance of 50% is due before release of shipment and until customer has submitted a credit application and has been approved for open credit and for future terms of NET 30 days or 2% 10 days. Until such approval, and in order to expedite initial shipments, we do accept wire transfers, money orders and cashier checks. Orders with prepayment by corporate checks are subject to a ten day hold. Sorry, but we are unable to ship C.O.D. or accept personal checks.
6) Order Confirmations
Orders will be acknowledged either via email or facsimile. Changes made after order confirmation must be acknowledged in writing. The same applies to any changes of shipping instructions.
7) Cancellation
Orders in production are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of any advance deposits or other payments made.
8) Lead Times
Custom orders require special logistics, so please consult with us regarding your specific requirements.
9) Shipments
Unless otherwise specified and agreed, orders are forwarded per our customers’ instructions FOB warehouse East Coast via UPS. Expedited freight service is available upon request. Freight damage claims are the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for damages incurred due to weather conditions or once shipment has left our warehouse.
10) Returns
All sales of custom products are final after customer's approval and we are unable to authorize any returns and refunds for custom products. Returns of non-custom Wholesale products must be authorized in writing and deductions from invoices by credit-approved accounts may not be made until the actual return receipt by us of the products in question. Please see also “What is your return / refund policy” in FAQ.
11) Storage
All products should be stored out of direct light in a dry and odor-free location. Chocolate products should be kept at approximately 60 degrees Fahrenheit and no more than 60% humidity.
12) Imprints
Due to our high-tech equipment and capabilities, we are able to offer our customers an almost unlimited range of single- and multi-colored logos, messages and decorative print designs. A one-place logo or message imprint is limited to an oval [or egg-like] shape of 36.562 mm vertically and 30 mm horizontally with the egg standing point up, or approx. 1 7/16” vertically and 1 3/8” horizontally.
13) Electronic Proofs
Electronic proofs will be provided and are required before imprint production can begin. Customer approval establishes customer responsibility for accuracy.
